Yesterday was my first day on on the Thrive system. I think what is most shocking to me is that I didn’t have any caffeine yesterday! Little background — I am a two cup of coffee in the morning kind of person and for me to not have ANY caffeine at all the entire day is nothing short of a miracle!
I almost forgot to put my patch on, such a newbie move, haha. I upgraded to the Black Label patch to hopefully try to make my first month as impactful as possible. So I finally remembered at about 10:30 a.m. I put it on my left shoulder. It stayed on well all throughout the day until I took it off at about 9 p.m.
I did my 15 minutes of yoga at about 11:30 a.m. and definitely felt like I could keep going, but I had a Zoom meeting to get to.
At the end of the day is when I do the most damage because I crave sweets. Fortunately for me, I have found many ketogenic products that help to satisfy that sweet tooth. BUT WAIT — last night I did not have ANY of the cravings for sweets that I normally do! And that is on DAY ONE. I am still shocked.
I was kind of worried that last night I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep, but I definitely don’t remember falling asleep (which usually means I fell asleep pretty quickly).
