Thrive Experience: 14 Days

I almost can’t believe that it’s been two weeks on the Thrive System already!

In the first two days I lost 4 lbs. I shouldn’t have been weighing myself everyday… Maybe I will try to just weigh once weekly. But I think the daily weigh in helps me to see if what I ate the previous day was OK or if I should try to cut back on something. Either way, for the first two weeks I weighed myself nearly every day. I successfully lost 10 lbs in my first two weeks! That’s a WIN!

This is the first time I’m posting before/progress pictures so please be kind. It has taken a lot of courage for me to post!

It’s like I have transformed into a morning person. I love being able to get up before my husband and toddler wake up. This morning I did a quick, energizing yoga sesh and that really helps my day start off on the right foot. Shout out SARAH BETH! Also, yoga in your underwear is basically the best thing ever.

I did 28 minutes of straight cardio yesterday without stopping or giving up. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve done that. I’m really proud of myself. I’m loving the ACHV PEAK channel we found on YouTube to incorporate our resistance bands into our home workouts!

Seeing the progress I’ve made so far on improving my health makes me want to shout it from the rooftops how great these products are. 

I’ve been thinking about my own brand and how to market myself better. Hopped on a zoom call last night with over 200 other women who were wanting to learn the same thing. They began the call talking about your five pillars. Mine are a work in progress but so far here are some of my ideas: 

  • Mom life/family
  • Keto/fitness/health
  • LW Design (my portfolio brand’s facebook page)
  • Thirty Six Clothing (the page I run with my husband)
  • Maybe journalism? News? Facts? Like… shit you should care about?
  • Can being goofy or silly be a pillar? Haha… maybe funny stuff. A lot of funny stuff happens here at home with the two goofballs I live with.

I have more thinking to do… anyway. We’re making keto pizza again this week! Can you tell it’s one of our favorites? Also gonna do some hot wings! YUM!
